Hello Doctor, Iam 29 years old and trying for a baby for the past 1 and 1/2 years.Initially my husband had low sperm count and motility. Now after taking treatment he has the following values. Sperm concentration - 22 million,Total sperm count in ejaculate 55 million,Rapid progressive motility - 14%,Slow/sluggish progression,Non progressive motility - 10%,Immotile - 49% Sperm Morphology - Normal 48%. Is it possible to get pregnant naturally with this figures or we should go for IUI?
Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your sperm count is at lower normal range. Your motility is low. Morphology is also abnormal. Chances of natural pregnancy are thete but very low. You should go for artificial insemination technique. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
